Shaker Heights High School is the only high school within the Shaker Heights City School District. The school first opened its doors in 1918, establishing a long history of academic and extracurricular excellence serving the Shaker Heights community for over one hundred years.
Shaker Heights High School serves a diverse student body. Currently 1,460 students attend our school. We are proud of our inclusive environment and strong sense of community. Our school mission and vision is to provide inclusive-inquiry-based learning experiences for students today so that all students are prepared for their world tomorrow.
